Purpose of Fee:
Students are charged for the course material shipping costs per program.

Fee Amount:
$65.00 per program

Trigger:
Student enrolls into a career program

Fee:
Shipping to addresses outside Canada and the United States

Purpose of Fee:
Students are charged for shipping course materials outside Canada and the U.S.

Fee Amount:
$150.00 one-time fee

Trigger:
Student requests shipping courses and lives outside Canada and the U.S.

Official Transcript Request Fee

Purpose of Fee:
There will be a fee for any transcripts requested.

Fee Amount: Official Transcripts are $15.00 for either an electronic or paper copy

Trigger:
Student requests a second copy of his/her official transcript

Fee:
Late Fee

Purpose of Fee:
A late fee will be charged for each monthly payment that is not paid within 10 days of its due date.

Fee Amount:
$12.00 per late payment

Trigger:
Student's monthly payment not being made within 10 days of its due date.

Fee:
Dishonored check, draft, or money order

Purpose of Fee:
For any check, draft, or money order that is returned for insufficient funds, student will be charged a $20.00 fee.

Fee:
Admission Fee (Also known as an Application Fee in Georgia.) For Quebec enrollments only.

Six Month Extension Fee

Purpose of Fee:
Students who do not complete their program of study within the prescribed time limit must request a six month extension.

VA Educational Program Registration Fee

Purpose of Fee:
Registration fee for VA Educational Program students

Fee Amount:
The lesser of (a) 20% of Tuition or (b) $200.

Trigger:
Student enrolls into a career program and is a VA Educational Program student

Fee:
Readmission Fee (For Quebec enrollments only)

Purpose of Fee:
Students whose accounts have been canceled (but have not been academically dismissed) are eligible for reinstatement or readmission; a fee will apply.

Additional/ Replacement Diploma Fee

Purpose of Fee:
Fee for each additional/ replacement diploma requested.

Purpose of Fee:
Fee for providing technology support services in Canada.

Fee Amount:

Enrolling into a career or high school program for residents of Canada

Degree Program Fees *

Student fails to notify Ashworth of plans to apply for credit by exam and is sent courses that are later accepted for credit.
